BMW's Advanced Laser Headlight LED Lights Will Drag

The lighting system in the automotive world is growing rapidly over the past few decades. From the halogen lamp technology developed by the type of LED lights. And now the car manufacturer BMW has prepared for laser lights headlight technology.

Application of laser tech lighting innovation has been applied to the BMW i8 hybrid supercar. The development was done through features such as Assistant Anti-Dazzle High Beam which automatically dimming headlamp. Then Adaptive Lighting directs light through the steering angle and dynamic Spot Light helps illuminate pedestrians to avoid the vehicle.

BMW i8 Spyder - Remembering back, BMW also has pioneered the use of LED lights on each variant newest cars and motorcycles. LED technology has been recognized that only requires much less energy than conventional bulbs.

For laser light technology is proven to produce the same wavelength monochromatic and coherent light with a light source. Thus the laser light waves have a constant phase difference. Problem efficiency, use less energy than laser diodes LEDs.

BMW i8 Spyder - Laser vision can indeed pose a risk if directly exposed to the eye, but BMW managed to find a solution to this problem. Laser will not shine directly onto the road, but will be projected onto the phosphor material that converts a rich blue lasers that are harmful to humans and animals, to produce a white light source.
